What is MOQ and how does it work?
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the smallest number of pieces a supplier will sell in one order. Most products on MyGlobalPlace start from 10–50 pieces. You can filter products by MOQ in the category sidebar.
How does WhatsApp inquiry work?
Click the WhatsApp button on any product or supplier page. A pre-filled message opens in WhatsApp. The supplier responds directly — you negotiate price, samples and delivery without any platform fees.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. All verified sellers provide GST invoices. Enter your GSTIN at checkout or mention it in your WhatsApp inquiry. Invoice is emailed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
How do I post a Buy Requirement (RFQ)?
Go to “Post RFQ” in the navigation. Fill in your product, quantity, target price and delivery location. Verified suppliers matching your requirement will respond within 24 hours.
Can I order a sample before bulk order?
Yes. Most suppliers offer samples. Click “Request Sample” on the product page or mention it in WhatsApp. Sample cost is usually adjusted against the bulk order value.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, 50% advance + 50% before dispatch, and Business Credit (30/60 days) for verified buyers. All payments are directly between buyer and seller.
How long does delivery take?
Ready stock: 5–7 business days pan India. Custom/made-to-order: 15–25 business days. Delivery timelines are shown on each product page.
